Not all posters are new and may come directly from the artist. Some posters may show signs of age. Upon receiving the poster(s) from us, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days. The Martin Kaye posters are between 40 and 50 years old and are hand-printed on thin paper. They are the originals from that time and come from the basement of Paradiso. The posters may show varying degrees of aging, such as traces of the fire that occurred in Paradiso, tears, or folds. The images on this website may differ from the actual poster. Based on the above, you cannot file a complaint.

All intellectual property rights concerning these materials belong to Zaansgroen and its artists and/or licensors. Copying, distributing, and any other use of these materials is not permitted without written permission from Zaansgroen, except as provided in mandatory legal regulations (such as the right to quote), unless otherwise stated for specific materials.
Consignment, VAT, and Margin
Paradiso Posters fall under the ‘Special art scheme’ and are subject to a 0% rate. Transport costs are taxed at 0%.
Sales through Third Parties
Zaansgroen also sells its products through auction sites such as Catawiki, Kunstveiling, and Marktplaats. If a work offered on the webshop has received a bid elsewhere or has been put up for auction, it is no longer available, even if it is still active on the webshop. If the auction period expires without a sale, the work will be available again via the webshop.
First Buyer’s Right to Purchase
It is technically possible for a poster offered on the Paradiso Posters webshop to be sold twice. The webshop records the date and time of purchase. The person who placed the order first retains the right to purchase. Zaansgroen has no obligation to deliver to a subsequent buyer but will promptly refund the purchase amount if paid by the customer.
